Properties of the mechanism of solar noise storms emission
The technique of analysis of stochastic time function is developed by using its time and spectral description. It is shown, that modulation of radio emission in the solar atmosphere due to wave processes or by inhomogeneities of stimulating particle beam, and also the resonant fluctuations of “frozen” plasma in magnetic arches of active regions produces the laws of duration distribution and spectra which are distinguished from observed characteristics of noise storms, i.e. these mechanisms do not explain their origin. It was found out that square-law distribution of bursts duration of noise storm and its hyperbolic spectrum may result from random refraction of radio waves on the inhomogeneities of turbulent coronal plasma.
