IDL-based solar data analysis carried out at CrAO

Abstract

In the 90s at the Laboratory of Solar Physics (CrAO) the CARD software (IDL language, Widget) was developed to process and analyze spectral observations obtained with a universal spectrophotometer at the BST-2 telescope. The CARD software was supplemented with procedures to improve work with solar data (space and ground-based instruments): calibration of SDO/HMI dopplergrams taking into account radial velocities of the differential solar rotation and satellite motion; it became possible to determine the heliographic coordinates from FITS-images (SDO, SOHO, BBSO, etc.) to construct synoptic maps; a FITS-viewer for SDO images was developed.
